A seasoned negotiator, Kevin has bought over thirty personal or investment homes; so, he knows firsthand what sellers want, need, and worry about. He has everything from a $15,000 lot to a multi-million-dollar development approval. He has also been a landlord more than 25 years, so he knows how to manage and remodel investment properties. Over the course of his career, he has been the preferred marketing agent Ryland Homes, Cambridge Homes and CalAtlantic Homes. Licensed in IL and Wisconsin, Kevin is currently the preferred marketing agent with Lennar Homes, working in communities throughout Lake County. He proudly serves Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Mundelein, Grayslake, Mettawa, Volo, Antioch, Gurnee, Wauconda, Long Grove, Kenosha, Lake Geneva, Fontana, Lake Villa, Lindenhurst in Illinois, and Wisconsin.
When he is not selling real estate, he likes to spend time with his wife, Janet, and their dog, Chester. He also likes to travel, bike, golf, and ski.
