Kevin Weirsman is thrilled to be growing Total Realty Services, LLC as Partner with Al Melotto! Kevin, licensed in CT, NY & MA, is excited to help build this new team to continue to reach higher levels of recognition throughout Connecticut and New England. Having spent over 20 years licensed and working in Real Estate brokerage, Kevin has been fortunate to be recognized for his contributions to the area Real Estate market with several awards, including“Retail Lease of the Year” and “Sale of the Year” awards for New Haven County. Kevin is a member and past President of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS Commercial Investment Division (CID), an organization of nearly 100 commercial Real Estate Brokers and Agents. Kevin is a lifelong resident of the New Haven area. Kevin grew up in Orange and is a graduate of Hopkins School in New Haven. He lives in Orange with his wonderful wife Stephanie and their daughter Brynn Elizabeth.
