Kevin Woolsey is a relationship-driven broker with 7 years of experience in commercial real estate. He finds purpose in assisting his clients meet their personal real estate and wealth goals. Kevin specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the front range of Colorado, and most notably on the west-side of Denver.

As a natural people person, he enjoys working with his team and clients to drive success by acting as a relationship builder and resolution expert. Kevin has a strong business management background, where he has started and owns/owned several successful businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit spawned his passion for investments, making the transition to real estate a natural move.

Outside of work, Kevin loves to learn and can usually be found reading or listening to a book. He enjoys staying active by working out, walking, hiking, or anything that keeps him moving and challenged. Although he values his time with his loved ones above all, and is happiest spending time with his family.
