Let me take this time to thank God for putting Key in my pathway. I really appreciate his patience, honesty, understanding and most of all his professionalism. When I say he goes above and beyond trust me. I have never experienced an agent that will go and take videos and pictures for you to view. That was very impressive to me. Cool thing is he is a veteran and he can definitely help active reserves and other veterans find their dream home and other properties of interest.. all you have to do is trust the process.. he knows his stuff.. Key goes above and beyond where you feel like a family member is helping you instead. He is extremely thoughtful til the end. My Other Daughter is extremely pleased and the entire family.. Erica is only 21 years old and in the Marines.. she took Uncle Key hand and this has been a wonderful beautiful journey.. every agency needs a Key.. The Man.. The Myth.. The Legend .. I love his attention to detail. He sees beyond the physical when looking for a home. He looks for the bones of the home and point things out that a client might not see. I, also love the fact that he listens to what you what. Mr. Sharp is very professional and you can tell he loves what he do. I would recommend Mr. Sharp for anyone that is looking for home.

Kecalf is by far the most responsive realtor I’ve ever worked with! My fiancé and I both have very busy schedules, Kecalf made himself available whenever necessary. On several occasions we were interested in a house but could make an appointment time work. Kecalf viewed the house, took videos of the property and even FaceTimed us when we could be in-person.

Kecalf has a great personality, which made a difficult home search fun and easy! His knowledge about the market was extremely valuable in helping us decide where & when to purchase. When we could not find exactly what we were looking for, he didn’t get impatient with us or discouraged (we were both), he continued to send us house for us to review. He provided a market & comp analysis for the houses we were interested, which guided our expectations. Initially our offer wasn’t accepted on the home we chose. Kecalf was consistent in following up with seller’s realtor and when the seller’s original deal fell through, they immediately reached out to us. In a month we were in our new home! If your looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Kecalf Sharp!

Mr. Sharp made my house buying experience almost stress free! He was observant, attentive and only showed houses with the aesthetics I desired.
