The most helpful and vigilante agent I've come in contact with yet. I buy, flip, and put properties up for rent at least twice a year. Each time however I've went with another agent or agency due to their lack of understanding of the property and/or carelessness with my budget. On top of that I tend to stay very busy and usually have a packed schedule, plus due to my logistics business I'm always on the go. Khalid not only took all of that into consideration but he kept our meetings brief and packed with relevant information which was vital in the end when it came to my purchase. He took special precautions with my budget requirements and paid attention to the slightest of details.
