Khyati Patel

Khyati's passion for real estate started way before she became a real estate agent. It started with a diploma in interior design that instigated a drive to learn more about the place we call home. Khyati has been selling real estate since 2005 with remarkable success. She currently holds a Broker’s license, is a member of NAR, and PMAR, and is a top producer in this area (PMAR Million Dollar Club).

She enjoys collaborating with Buyers and Sellers in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. Although she specializes in the NW Portland region (Bethany, Forest Heights, Cedar Mills), Hillsboro (Orenco Station), Beaverton, and Tigard, she has been selling all over the state of Oregon. Home buying or selling can be an incredibly stressful experience. That is where Khyati comes in. She has maintained a 100% approval rating over all these years as she helps to realize the dreams of many families in the Portland metro area.

The strong relationship forged with everyone she represents continues even after the transaction completes. She assists with future expansions, contractor help, warranty issues, and other real estate needs.
