My husband and I had been searching for a home (first-time home buyers) for over a year when, by chance, my parents met Kieran at an open house they were scoping out for us. No sooner did I call Kieran to help us with our house hunt that he found us a home (literally within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer). It was no straightforward deal (over 5 months to close), but Kieran was so responsive and helpful each step of the way. At one point, it seemed like we would lose the house, and Kieran was right alongside us to guide the process. After 5 hectic months, we closed on our first home and couldn't have done it without Kieran's immense knowledge of the home buying process and also the mortgage process. We have a friend in Kieran! We were first-time homebuyers who were nervous and very aware of how the market can take advantage of those in our position. We were sent down an angel from heaven in Kieran Rodgers. He was not only the best real estate agent, but was so knowledgable about mortgage brokers, plumbers, inspectors, you name it. He is knowledgable, respectful, and kind. He was extremely responsive and respectful of any boundaries we set (wanting to use our own inspector, etc). He really took care of us, and made sure we weren't being taken advantage of. Kieran is the man. He worked his behind off for me and my fiancé buying our first house. He preached how buying a house is supposed to be fun and did his best to keep it fun for us while working with our financial and legal team to handle any issues. I’ve known Kieran for a very long time. I asked him if he knew of any houses for rent. Kieran’s response was why rent when you can own a home. My wife and I went to the agency and within minutes we were pre approved. Kieran and his team made the process so easy and smooth. He broke everything down for us and explained everything to the t. When we finally found a house we loved Kieran immediately went to work with the negotiating. Within a few hours our offer was accepted. From there we were in contract within a week or two. My wife and I panicked over something’s but Kieran was always right there to calm us down and let us know everything will work out. Our closing costs were more then we could afford and he was able to work his magic and get them down to where we needed them to be. I would never wanna work with anyone else when buying a house. He literally makes the entire process so easy and so fun. We appreciate everything he did for us. He also buys your a bbq when you close with him!! I’d recommend him a million times over and over again.
