We met Kieran over the summer and sat down with him to discuss our vision about selling our house. He asked about the house, neighborhood, and what our target price was. We then did a walkthrough of the house and he was very thourough. He told us about his company and his process that was true and tried to get results. He gave us a price he could guarantee he would get and then a stretch price if everything worked as planned. We agreed to move forward with Kieran. The pictures on our listing when we first saw them blew us away. They were outstanding. Long story short , Kieran sold our house in 3 weeks, and hit the top stretch goal price we set. We got a substantially higher sale price than all other agent's told us we would get. We feel great about our sales price. Kieran did a great job getting us the best possible sale price we could get. I honestly wouldn’t even know where to begin. I contacted Kieran out of the blue, I’d had some challenges in my life that I had been convinced for years wouldve prevented me from buying a home. From our first conversation he assured me he could “get it done.” He took me on as a client, set me up with colleagues for the mortgage, went to showings and guided us through the process from start to finish. He was never not available. He works around the clock and made it a point to go above and beyond, exceeding even my craziest expectations with every conversation and interaction. 9 months after our first call, we closed on our dream home. I’m still in disbelief he was able to say yes, when everyone else said no. He was a gentleman first, always. He was professional and he never stopped working for us. The process itself had a few unexpected bumps in the road and he handled them eloquently, always the calm, reassuring steady hand. Kieran did more for us than just find us a home. He became a friend. My husband and I had been searching for a home (first-time home buyers) for over a year when, by chance, my parents met Kieran at an open house they were scoping out for us. No sooner did I call Kieran to help us with our house hunt that he found us a home (literally within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer). It was no straightforward deal (over 5 months to close), but Kieran was so responsive and helpful each step of the way. At one point, it seemed like we would lose the house, and Kieran was right alongside us to guide the process. Kieran is the man. He worked his behind off for me and my fiancé buying our first house. He preached how buying a house is supposed to be fun and did his best to keep it fun for us while working with our financial and legal team to handle any issues. I’ve known Kieran for a very long time. I asked him if he knew of any houses for rent. Kieran’s response was why rent when you can own a home. My wife and I went to the agency and within minutes we were pre approved. Kieran and his team made the process so easy and smooth. He broke everything down for us and explained everything to the t. When we finally found a house we loved Kieran immediately went to work with the negotiating. Within a few hours our offer was accepted. From there we were in contract within a week or two. My wife and I panicked over something’s but Kieran was always right there to calm us down and let us know everything will work out. Our closing costs were more then we could afford and he was able to work his magic and get them down to where we needed them to be. I would never wanna work with anyone else when buying a house. He literally makes the entire process so easy and so fun. We appreciate everything he did for us. He also buys your a bbq when you close with him!! I’d recommend him a million times over and over again.
