As everyone knows, renting in Boston can be a nightmare. Yet Kieth has that unique ability to service the needs of both his renters and landlords simultaneously. As a first time landlord I knew nothing about the process. He helped on the design phase of the units- making sure I had the most updated renovations that clients are looking for. He spent painstaking hours making sure he connected me to the right renters and vice versa. In an ever changing complex world it’s refreshing when an expert comes in and takes a lot of the difficulty off your plate and truly is part of your team! I highly recommend ANYONE looking to rent to contact Kieth immediately so he can help you making an important decision such as renting.
