About Kim A

Kim Spencer, Terra Myers, and Kiley Hendley are all full-time real estate professionals, native Oklahomans, and residents of the Edmond/Oklahoma City area. Like mother Like daughter, Kim, and Terra both received their Marketing degrees from Oklahoma Christian University. Kiley received her Liberal Studies degree from Oklahoma Christian University also. Kim has been a licensed Realtor since January 1996. Terra earned her license in May of 2006 but has worked as a real estate assistant since 2001. Kiley earned her license in April of 2013 but has been the Office Manager for The RED Team since 2009. Kim and Kiley are considered the buyers specialists and Terra is the listing specialist. Kiley is also the office manager and helps where she is needed to make sure our clients are covered!

In 1997, Kim was recognized as the Keller Williams "Rookie of the Year." In 2002 she was the winner of the EXCELL award. The RED Team has been in the top 4% of Keller Williams Central Oklahoma for over 14 years. The RED Team prides themselves on total client dedication and are easy to reach and prompt on response. Kim is an active member of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. Terra and Kiley are active members of the Edmond Young Professionals with the Chamber of Commerce. Kim and Terra both received their Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2009. Kim and her husband Terry have been married for forty years and have two daughters, Terra and Kiley. Terra has been married to Brad Myers for ten years. They have twin boys that are six years old. Kiley has been married to Blake Hendley since June of 2016.
