Kim Ackerman

Born and raised in South Carolina, my family has always been involved in the housing industry, from my mother owning her own small construction company that specialized in historic properties to owning and operating several hardware stores. So landing in the real estate profession was a natural fit for me once my children became school age in 2006. I worked primarily as a buyer's agent in the Beaufort, SC market for 14 years while earning my broker's license as well. I moved to the Western Maryland area in 2019 and am excited about growing my business in this area.
