The search for a realtor was the start of our home buying process. After reading many bio's we chose Team Counters, they did not disappoint.

We were looking for a special house to fit our needs, and that's the houses they would send to us to consider.

There knowledge of real estate and the area is outstanding, I'll miss our Monday morning talks.

Craig Counters has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, what qualities to look for in a home, and what considerations should be made for maintaining or improving it which is very helpful for anyone moving from another state. He is friendly and honest in his assessments and does not pressure you into buying anything. Craig tells you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. He is patient and responsive even months into a search and will do his best to ensure you find a home you are satisfied with. His wife Kim and son Ben are just as helpful and will step in to assist you if ever Craig is unavailable.
