In 1992, Kim Antolini embarked on her real estate journey with a small private firm in West Virginia. Initially serving as the office manager, she transitioned to become a licensed agent by 1993. Situated in scenic rural Randolph County, West Virginia, the firm catered to diverse real estate sectors including commercial, land, residential, and development. This multifaceted exposure enabled Kim to gain extensive expertise across various facets of real estate transactions, preparing her to assist a wide range of clients.
Carrying forward these invaluable insights, Kim relocated with her family to the Charlotte area in 1999, facilitated by Peggy Peterson, who acted as her agent during the move. Beyond her West Virginia experience, Kim gained personal familiarity with Charlotte through four relocations within the area. During a hiatus from real estate, Kim taught mathematics in Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools, maintaining a keen eye on local real estate. Her love for exploring new neighborhoods was complemented by her passion for running.
After retiring from teaching in 2017, Kim reconnected with Peggy Peterson, culminating in the formation of the Peggy Peterson Team. Their collaboration at Corcoran HM Properties was notably successful, earning them the Sales Team of the Year award in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. Throughout this period, they remained dedicated to assisting clients across both North and South Carolina.
Kim and her husband, Tom, have cherished visits to Ocean Isle Beach on the NC coast since 2003, initially renting in the Island Park community. Their journey led them to purchase their first property on the island in the Islander Resort community in 2016. They settled just off the island in Sunset Ridge while building their new home in Ocean Ridge Plantation, making Ocean Isle Beach their now permanent residence.
