Well it’s been a long road trying to buy a house lots of work and stress but we couldn’t have done it without out our realtor Kim Bussan he was there every step of the way answering all my calls and texts and understanding our concerns through the whole process. My wife and I would recommend anyone buying a house to contact Kim, very knowledgeable and always there when you need him! Thank you Kim!

I thought that buying and selling a house after my husband had passed would be hard. I passed up using my good friend who is a realtor because of all the extra emotions that were too close to the surface! Kim is top notch, like my friend! Kim listed my home had one showing and one sale contract! All throughout the process his communication and his attentiveness to details was just what I needed. I could call him anytime! He never rushed me on the phone. I even put in an offer on a different home, which was rejected. I feel that Kim's relationship with the other agent actually helped negotiate a great price for me! Kim really understood my situation. Today I close this chapter and on to the next!

Kim Bussan went above and beyond in helping us get our new home! We had the extra challenge of moving cross-country and having to buy a house without seeing it in person. Kim exceeded expectations by going to each house and using FaceTime to show us each property in detail as well as interviewing neighbors, placing our offer, giving advice and being available at all times of the day! He also helped us get the best financing available at that time! Thanks to Kim for getting us home!
