Kim's background in finance and management provides her with a unique understanding of properties and the marketing of such properties. She has a Bachelor of Science coupled with a Masters of Banking and Finance. Working with clients to find their dream home is one of her greatest strengths since she has lived in the Chicago Metropolitan Area for 25 years. Her market knowledge and unique understanding of the north shore puts her skills above most in her field. She has great instincts for market value and with precise analytical review in pricing homes to sell, is another talent that she brings to the table. Combining analytics with an extraordinary level of professionalism and confidentiality to every situation, she has worked with many C-Suite individuals in relocating to the North Shore or in the selling of their homes. In her prior career, she was a Senior Executive of a 2 Billion Dollar banking group that covered over 4 states.
