Kim Carlson

Kim was raised in Orange County, California, where she attended and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine. While she was there, Kim met her husband and they have been happily married since 1981.
“I started my real estate career in 1987 because it gave me great joy and satisfaction to have the ability to help people with their real estate dreams. I couldn’t think of a job I’d rather have!”
Kim and her husband enjoy spending time together as empty nesters and also time with the family and grandchildren, which they treasure. They love the outdoors, beach, mountains, having BBQ’s and watching the dogs and kids play in their pool. They have a chocolate lab named Bear, and a horse named Habakatz.
Kim and her husband love giving back to the community and are both heavily involved in charitable activities such as Bonsall Rotary, Reins Therapeutic Riding, Smiles Project, Women’s Club of Fallbrook, Pregnancy Resource Center, Foundation for Senior Living and sponsor children for World Vision and more.
