Kim moved from Minnesota to the East Bay 23 years ago. She knew she was home the minute she got there. There was the weather, of course. And the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables. The urban forest with trails galore welcomed her.
She bought her first home in Oakland, a 900 square foot bungalow with a yard for her dog. It’s where Kim’s daughter was born, where she fostered kitties, as well as organized block parties and garage sales. She has a deep understanding of the East Bay market. Kim can combine close analysis of market trends, knowledge of the inventory, and relationships with other agents in a way that can only be gained from boots on the ground.
