About Kim

Kim is originally from Ohio. Her husband and her were stationed at Ft Rucker in 1989 with the 46 Engineers Hooah! She has been a military spouse and know the challenges that the families face.

She decided to wait to pursue her real love and career passion until 1999 after her children were older.

Her husband retired from Ft Rucker in 2001. They stayed because they love this area and the vision of the town. Plus, the mild winter weather here is great! Now Alabama is “their home”

She has been a full-time agent in the area for over 16 years she has sold property from Troy to Dothan to Samson and everywhere in between. She has assisted first time home buyers, sellers, builders, investors, farmers, home flippers and homeowners in distress. She has even worked with a professional Basketball player! She has assisted several buyers build their custom homes from the plans stage to finish.

She has always followed the philosophy to treat people with the respect, skill and care she would like to be treated with. She has been so blessed to work with tons of great people that she can call friends
