About Kim
Born in Easton, Maryland, Kim was raised in Bozman, and purchased her house in Bozman at 19 years of age.
She attended St. Michaels elementary, middle and high school. She has been highly active in all sports her whole life; she coaches Field Hockey in the fall at St. Michaels High School.
After graduation Kim attended Chesapeake College and began classes in business and accounting, and subsequently pursued a career in real estate beginning in 2004 at the age of 18, following in the footsteps of her uncle, a successful real estate broker.
After her uncle sold his firm in December 2005 she worked at other agencies for a few years, but knew she wanted to go back to her roots and work with a locally owned and operated company. "I know Benson & Mangold is a well known and highly respected company and feel I will be able to better serve my clients here", Kim says.
She enjoys being a part of one of the biggest decisions an individual will ever make. "Purchasing a home is a huge financial decision and it is a scary one but yet very satisfying." Kim enjoys forming relationships with her clients and walking away with not just a satisfied buyer or seller but another friend. "I do not push my clients into making decisions they are not comfortable with."
Enjoying all the Eastern Shore has to offer - fishing, hunting, boating, Kim loves the outdoors. She also has a huge passion for animals. She has a chocolate lab named Gauge that she loves spending time with ("he's my buddy on the weekends", she says).
