About Kim

I earned my Texas Real Estate Agent License in 1981 and then my Texas Real Estate Broker License in 1985. My real estate experience includes listing and selling homes owned by individuals as well as representing builders in selling their new homes. I have also been a past nominee for Realtor of the Year in the Austin Area and earned several awards and recognitions when associated with a major national real estate company. Since then, I am the Broker for Gayer Group Realtors LLC in which I am also the owner and hold licenses of other agents. My husband Wayne is my business partner, and together, we make a wonderful team in keeping my clients first and foremost and in meeting their real estate desires and needs.

My personal life includes reading, dancing and rescuing lost animals and finding homes for them. My successful rescue efforts have included dogs, cats and yes, even fish. I have also freed entrapped deer, snakes and other little creatures.

I was raised and have spent many years in Austin, Texas, so I am very familiar with the area which is a great benefit to my clients.
