Kim Gerig

Kim Gerig, a Cheyenne native knows the value of living, working and raising a family in the great State of Wyoming. She is dedicated and enthusiastic about helping others to live their best quality of life, in a community they love.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Mass Media with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Wyoming. Kim’s background has provided her the ideal experience for understanding the needs of both buyers and sellers. Her history in media sales and promotion, position as regional director for a national non-profit organization, as well as marketing director for a local medical clinic, has given her the ability to balance her success in sales while building quality relationships with her clients. In previous years, as co-owner of a family dealership, Kim isn’t shy to the insight of small business in our community. Kim is a member of the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS, the Wyoming Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

When Kim isn’t building her real estate business, you can find her keeping up with her three busy children, spending time at the lake, running, hiking and instructing fitness classes at a local gym.
