Kim Golik

Kim Golik joined the John L. Scott – Bellevue Main team as a broker in September 2001. After 22 rewarding years in hotel sales and marketing, she was excited to start and excel in a new career. At the end of her first full year in real estate, she was named Rookie of the Year for all Western Washington. She was drawn to John L. Scott due to her husband, Brian Golik’s positive experience at the company. Brian and Kim are a team, personally and professionally and bring over 50 years of combined real estate experience to each transaction. The duo loves what they do and most of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which proves they develop and nurture strong relationships while delivering excellent results. Brian and Kim pride themselves on being professional, honest, results-oriented and fun!

Before joining John L. Scott, Kim served in Director of Sales and Marketing positions for Red Lion Hotels, Doubletree Hotels and Westin Hotels and Resorts. In these roles, Kim gained a significant appreciation for ultimate client satisfaction and learned the skills necessary to effectively nurture and manage high producing, award-winning, sales teams.

The Golik Group specializes in residential resale, new construction, and Executive relocation. They are a trusted partner with top employers in the area including Microsoft, Amazon, and Starbucks, working with their employees to purchase or sell homes when they relocate to or from the area. Kim has long-standing relationships with local builders, Murray Franklyn and Design Built Homes and have served as their co-listing broker for new construction in Bellevue and Kirkland. Brian and Kim are members of a local networking group and meet monthly with other top producing agents from Seattle and the Eastside.

When working with sellers, the Goliks’ favorite marketing strategies include face-to-face meetings and new listing kick-off activities. They aim to create and tell “the story” for each listing, which is done using a tailored combination of professional staging, excellent photography, top-notch videography and Matterport 3D photography.

Kim and Brian have earned recognition as one of the top producing teams in the greater Seattle and Eastside areas. Their commitment to the success of their clients has secured them numerous awards, including the John L. Scott Lifetime Top 1%. Kim is also a multiple-year winner of Seattle Magazine’s 5 Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award. Their certifications include Luxury Home Agent, Relocation Certified Agent, Certified Residential Specialist, JLS Portfolio Luxury Professional and Certified Negotiation Expert. They support the John L. Scott Foundation, contributing a portion of each sales transaction to support Children’s Hospital. Kim is also a member of the Assistance League of the Eastside.

Kim and Brian met in Spokane in 1978 and are graduates of Eastern Washington University. They currently reside in Sammamish, with their standard poodle Lucky, who keeps them entertained. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, entertaining, traveling, cooking, golf, sailing and skiing.
