Kim Heilman was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has twelve years experience working in property management; both in Texas and South Florida, and has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas for over ten years. Kim exhibits a high level of customer service, loyalty and integrity with a passion for helping others. Kim aligned herself with Engel & Volkers in Southlake with a major focus to expand her real estate services and help clients on a global and local scale; in addition to also being able to broker yachts and planes through the aviation and yachting divisions.
Kim uses her expertise and knowledge when working with Buyers and Sellers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, as well as with Investors and Developers. Although she is very familiar with the North Texas area, and has sold many properties in Dallas, her current primary focus is in Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake, Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Argyle, Flower Mound and Justin.
Kim currently resides in downtown Roanoke, aka "The Unique Dining Capital of Texas," along with her husband, John, and their beloved dog, Floyd. They have one daughter and a son-in-law, Brittany and Hogan Page, who also reside in downtown Roanoke. Both Kim and John are very involved in the Community, and are also investors in one of the local eateries on Oak Street, Los Compadres Cantina.
