Kim Hill Real Estate LLC began in Portsmouth, Ohio as Kizer Realty 64 years ago in 1954. Originally the services offered were appraisals and buyer/seller representation. In 2009 Kim Kizer-Hill acquired ownership of the company. Since then, the company has grown throughout Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. The primary business operations include the representation of buyers and/or sellers in residential property transactions. Typical client services include contract preparation and negotiations, market valuations, aerial/drone photography, and videos, including 3D Matterport videos. Property preservation and advisory services with investors and asset managers also comprise a portion of the business operations. The company provides individualized solutions that solve unique client needs. Some of the team of 13 agents has over 20 years of experience in real estate. For our buyers and sellers convenience, we offer our services from two offices in Dayton, Ohio, Portsmouth, Ohio and six counties in southern and western Ohio. Our office has a strong presence on the most important social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter. We are also able to provide translation services in French. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Greater Portsmouth Area Board of Realtors, and the Dayton Board of Realtors.
