Kim Horner

I am a true Florida native, originally from Jacksonville. My husband and I moved to Gainesville in 2001. After staying home to raise our three children, I was excited to start a career in real estate in 2017. I've always had an interest in real estate, and love people, so knew it would be a perfect fit for me. It has been such a joy to help first time home buyers, people relocating to Gainesville, and customers with the sale of their home. I truly care about people and seeing them happy confirms what I love about my job. There is much excitement to be found when searching for a home, so my mission is to help my customers feel that.
