Kim Howard

When Kim Howard is asked, “How long have you been in the real estate business?”, she responds, “I was born in the real estate business.” Kim’s experience started by working with her father as a child to help rehab multi-unit buildings and learning about tenant management. In 1998, Kim became a licensed Illinois Realtor to help people reach their real estate dreams. And with a vision to help not only buyers and sellers but other real estate professionals, Kim opened her own firm, Renew Realty, mentoring and training veteran and rookie real estate agents, conducting home buying and selling events, and sharing her extensive real estate knowledge.

Always open to new opportunities, Kim became a Real Estate Specialist for one of the largest land owners and public utilities in Illinois gaining almost a decade of knowledge and experience in commercial asset, land, and tenant management.

Realizing the synergy between A.R.E. Partners and her own work ethics, commitment to her clients, and team spirit, Kim joined A.R.E.and continues to service real estate clients in the Chicagoland area and NW Indiana, where she is also licensed. Kim has an MBA and Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
