I was in need when I contacted Kim Howington. I had just graduated from UGA and was hired by a local school in Jackson County not to mention that I was getting married in August. Kim was very accommodating and comforting throughout what could be a very strenuous process. Kim found out what we were looking for in a home and she quickly located options that matched our wants and scheduled convenient viewings for us. Wondering how we were going to get in a home by the time our apartment lease was up was a huge concern; Kim went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to accomplish our goal.
