Kim was a blessing to us! She treated us like we were her own children buying their first house. She kept us down to earth on what we could afford and what would be a good investment, safe neighborhood and safe house for us and our baby. Oh did I mention she would hold our baby girl so we could take our time seeing the houses? She was patient when needed but firm and quick when that was the case. Never ever gave us quick explanations and assumed we knew things, and that’s SO important when it’s your first time buying a house. Today we are happy in our home and it turned out to be the perfect place for us in a town that we were not considering but she quickly learned our taste and needs and was able to open our eyes and broadened our search! Cannot recommend her enough! We love you Kim!
