My job is to try to make that process easier by getting the best price in the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle. I’ve been helping families buy and sell homes since 2004. I’ve been living in beautiful Lakeland with my husband and son (both Eagle Scouts) since 1997.
I’ve earned several real estate certifications and designations, which include:
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - This designation shows that I understand the complexities of the housing market and how best to assist sellers and buyers. Only around 3% of Realtors are CRS agents because we must meet strict education and experience requirements.
e-PRO - This certification, along with my BS in Management Science, gives me the cutting-edge technology skills for marketing your property with maximum exposure.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - This designation gives me the special skills necessary to help with the lifestyle transitions for clients age 50+.
203k Specialist (203kS) - This certification gives me the skills to assist you with buying a great home and remodeling it to meet the needs of you and your family using the FHA 203k Rehabilitation loan.
Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) - This designation provides me with the skills to work with distressed properties.
