Kim Kassin

Kim Kassin joins Corcoran after focusing on the luxury single family home market in Greenwich, Connecticut at another prominent firm. She understands what it takes to get the best deal for her clients whether they are buyers or sellers. Her resourcefulness and ability to discern her clients’ needs is a hallmark of her abilities. Whether clients dream of Central Park views, townhouse living, cobblestone streets, or proximity to Museum Mile, she is committed to working with clients to find their perfect New York City home. Prior to her real estate career, Kim spent 12 years in the financial services industry working in the world of complex derivatives and structured products at top tier investment banking firms. She brings these finely honed analytical and critical thinking skills to the real estate industry. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in electrical engineering from Tufts University. Kim has also been very active in charitable circles leading events at Rye Country Day School where her two children went to school, Greenwich Hospital, and the Bruce Museum. Kim resides in FiDi with her husband and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
