Kim was very professional. She recommended several things for us to take care of prior to the sell. She listed our home and had multiple contracts within the first 4 hours. We accepted the 1st contract and closed the deal in 30days and with Kim's help it all went very smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.
