My husband had bought a house in Long Beach last year with a different real estate agent, and the process was a total mess. This was my first time purchasing a house, and Kim was extremely helpful in explaining everything along the way, giving us pros and cons to consider, letting us know what was the industry standard and why, and giving us great advice on any big decisions that needed to be made. For my husband, it was a completely different and almost enjoyable experience (as enjoyable as signing paperwork and buying a house can be), and we could really rest easy knowing that Kim always had our best interest at heart. Overall we would absolutely recommend Kim for any of your home buying needs. She will be the greatest support system and teammate to you. If anything seems fishy, she'll get to the bottom of it. If you're on the fence about anything, she'll give you her fair and honest opinion without pushing you to do anything you don't want to do. While looking for a condo to rent, we met Kim Lee. She was the listing agent of a property that we ended up renting. Not only was she knowledgeable and honest, but also hard-working. She always kept us informed along the way. A few years later, we again worked with Kim to buy our first home. She had such dedication and ensured we understood the entire process along the way. It is hard to find trustworthy citizens, but Kim exceeds that expectation beyond a doubt. I would not want to work with any other agent and would refer her to anyone. Kim is knowledgable, honest and responsive. Throughout the entire process I've felt like she had my interests in mind and represented them well. During the home buying experience my first offer on a property didn't get accepted and it was a pretty low point in the experience. Kim was able to help me get through that and ultimately find another property with which I was comfortable and happy. Kim Lee is a remarkable and knowledgeable real estate professional. She does her homework, plotting out the comps, putting together a booklet with the comps and researching and developing a listing that will sell. She made up the most beautiful brochure of my condo, selecting the best pictures and creating a video that really got the buyers into see my home. My wife and I found Kim after we went through a couple real estate agents. We noticed the difference in Kim right away. She was attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in a home. She showed us over 10 homes that fit our needs, taking her time, and being patient with us until we found something we loved. My wife and I found her to be so concerned with our needs, we felt like we were dealing with a close friend and not an agent. From the point of making an offer, to the close of escrow, Kim worked diligently with our lender, escrow, and the seller's agent always protecting us (this was our first home purchase) from what we did not know. She went above and beyond to make sure we had little to worry about. We can't ever think of having another agent, and we will go back to her when it's time to buy the next home! We recently worked with Kim Lee to find a rental home. Coming from out of town her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. She was also very flexible and was not the least bit flustered when several houses were added same day. She is very quick to respond to text and email, and really cares about her clients. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients! She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you are prepared and aware all throughout the process. She came to me highly recommended by my daughter and son in law. Although I had interviewed other realtors, no one could match her expertise and professionalism.
