Kim Levitan

Kim Levitan is originally from Montreal, Canada and moved to Naples in 1994. Kim graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Business & Economics in 1990. She continued her education at McGill University in Montreal, pursuing her accounting degree, while practicing as a junior accountant for 3 years prior to moving down south. Kim has been a Realtor in Southwest Florida since 1995 specializing in high-end residential sales, commercial sales & leasing and 1031 tax exchange purchases & investment properties. As well, Kim has a large Canadian, European & International network which she has been building since 1995. In 2006, she founded Kim Levitan Realty, a boutique style, full service company with personal attention given to all her clients.
