After relocating from out of state, Kim help us in two different transactions, the purchase of our current home and the sale of an investment property. In preparation for the sale of our investment property, Kim provided excellent advice in making the property marketable and recommended trustworthy and cost effective contractors to complete the work. Kim is an excellent communicator, keeping us apprised of the situation at all times. When our property fell out of escrow due to a mortgage company snafu, Kim networked with other realtors that had expressed interest and quickly found a new buyer that eventually purchased our property. What we liked and appreciated the most about Kim is her positive, easy going and communicative personality that made the sale and purchase of our homes a very positive mental and financial experience.
