Kim helped my husband and I sell our condo and buy our multi-unit building. The first time we used a realtor, we had lots of issues with communication and we were very concerned about finding the right fit. Kim was amazing and very professional! When selling our condo she did a great job taking amazing pictures and promoting the property, and was always available for showings and questions. For our purchase, we encountered so many issues with sellers throughout the process, but Kim was always so prompt to advocate for our needs or point us in the right direction. She made sure we had all of our questions answered and kept us informed every step of the way. Kim addressed all of our needs when searching for a new home and made sure we would get the best deal for our money. Kim also helped us connect with a lawyer and a great loan officer who also helped us every step of the way and gave us an amazing deal. Buying and selling a home is never easy, but Kim was fundamental in our process and we can't imagined haven't done it with anyone else. I hope to buy more property and use her again. No need to say, I highly recommend her services. She is THE BEST!
