You cannot go wrong with Kim!!!! I have used her twice in the last two years (buying and selling) and could not be happier. When buying or selling, the process can be a headache, but not with Kim. She is extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly, incredibly personable. It made the process a breeze. She was always there to answer questions and help out with the things I never would have known to do. Take the headache out of everything and work with Kim!
