I worked with Kim for over 29 years and knew that she was trustworthy, hard working and definitely reliable. So, at a very hard time in my life of selling my childhood home, I knew exactly who to call… I never considered anyone else. She gave me a lot support and reassurance that I was doing the right thing for myself and my children. She was right there from listing to closing and made a very emotional sell a little easier. From the first moment we met Kim we knew we had made the right choice. She is very knowledgeable with lots of experience in the business. She was there every step of the way to guide us and answer all of our many questions. She genuinely cares about her clients, something she proved time and time again with us. She always had our best interests at heart. Did I mention she is a work horse? There was no task left undone or unnoticed. We were very fortunate to have her in the arduous process of selling our home, but also with finding another. She was always very accommodating , showing us many homes were were interested in. You cannot go wrong choosing Kim; she has been the best realtor who we are now happy to call a friend.

Kim will do whatever it takes to take care of her clients! She works around the clock. We have contacted her late at night and early in the morning and she was always there and taking care of us! We hit a few bumps in the road during our house buying process but Kim was always there to go to bat for us! We couldn't have done it without Kim! As first time home buyers in this market (and our price range) we were very skeptical that we would find anything that would work for us. Within 2 weeks of us working with Kim we had found a house that was absolutely PERFECT! From start to finish she was amazing-always responsive day or night, always made sure we knew what was going and all our ducks were in a row, and made sure we took the steps necessary to get the house we wanted. With I believe 11 offers in less than 24 hours we would have never gotten our home if it wasn’t for Kim’s hard and persistent work! Just finished closing on my mothers home which Kim played a major part in the success of the process. I was working with Kim out of state, while my mother was in a senior care facility locally during COVID. Kim went beyond what was expected to assist with the contractors that needed to gain access to the home to get it fixed up and ready to sell. She was also very helpful finding competitive and competent local contractors to work on the home. It was a long haul with COVID., but we eventually listed the home and it sold quickly at a price above my expectations. Great job Kim!

Being new to charlotte and wanting to buy a home I didn’t know anyone to help me through the process, a friend of mine recommended Kim and she was absolutely the best!!! Kim has the best personality and is so genuine, she made me feel like I was her only client even though I am sure she was super busy. We learned more from Kim about the nuances of selling and buying a home than we ever imagined. Involved from day one, she showed us that quality was her nature. We will never forget how her brand impressed us to stick with her. While at an Open Home in the area, we stumbled upon this consummate sales person who never sold but engaged us in an experience we would enjoy if we were to ever sell our home. She said that loyalty was her watch word. When we decided to sell our beautiful home, Kim Newton's name was the only one that came to mind. She was not only responsive to our every whim, she was available and engaged at every request, issue or concern. When we found our home sweet home, she found a buyer for our home by going back and connecting with prior visitors. To say it was not full of challenges would be an understatement; however, Kim Newton acted as if it was water running off a duck's back. We absolutely loved working with Kim Newton she was very knowledge and reliable. We were first time home buyers with SO MANY questions and concerns. Kim helped us with everything and was very quick to respond to our calls and texts. She made the buying process super easy by having us sign a lot of documents through our phones.
