She is very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help you get your home, no matter how long it takes. She is always available via phone, email, or text. Kim was excellent in all ways. We were moving from out of state. That isn't always easy to navigate, but she was great at helping us figure out what areas would work for our family. She was also prompt at returning any emails and phone calls. She called to find out exactly what we were looking for in a home,. When we found a house we were interested in, she got an appointment for that evening. She took us out a few times over a weekend to narrow down our choices, and when we brought our 4 kids with, she was great with them. When it came time to making an offer, she got everything assembled quickly and negotiated a fair price. Closing was seamless and we have been enjoying our new home ever since. It is absolutely the perfect home for us. I hope to never move again, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Kim to help us with the process.
