About Kim

Trading the east side of Michigan for the University town of Ann Arbor was an easy decision to make for Kim Peoples. She fell in love with this area after graduating from Eastern Michigan University in 1989. She traded the corporate world for the entrepreneurial world of real estate in 1998. As Sales Manager for new construction with Bayberry Construction, she spent 4 years helping over 125 families realize their dream of a brand-new home in two beautiful Golf Course Communities: Stonebridge and The Polo Fields.
