Kim Piazza is a lifelong Skagit County resident. She was raised in Sedro Woolley, left for a little while to attend University of Washington, and came back. She and her husband of 26 years, John, own and operate John Piazza Jr. Construction & Remodeling, Inc. a custom home, remodeling and development Company located in Mount Vernon. She is also a real estate agent with Wilson Peck Real Estate.
Her knowledge of construction, and the Skagit County area and her dedication make her a great asset to her clients. She is a very involved agent. She takes pride in lessening the burden or stress from her clients when selling or buying their home.
She has 2 amazing children, Jordan 22 and Lauren 18 both of whom went through the Burlington School District. She has been very involved with many different organizations over the years, volunteering her time to help benefit her community. She is currently in her second year as President of the local builders association, Skagit Island County Builders Association. She is very proud to be a founding member of One Community One Family with an incredible group of rock star women who, as a group, raise money for cancer patients living in Skagit County. They present these funds to individual patients in the form of a grant.
