We've known Kim for several years now. Even though we weren't ready to sell she never hesitated to take the time to cheerfully come by and give us advice. We decided to sell in one of the craziest markets we've seen in a long time. So glad we had Kim to help us navigate through the whole process. Her positive but calm and professional manner, made the whole process a little easier. Rarely today do you find someone like Kim who genually cares about you and has your best interest at heart. I can not say enough about Kim. In the 15 years we have known her she has sold us a three different homes She knew us so well we trusted her and bought one sight unseen.. Just recently she has done the same for our family. I can not imagine giving my business to anyone but Kim. She has blessed us not only as our realtor but as friend as well. I loved my home, but unfortunately had to sell and was very nervous about getting everything accomplished with the sell of the home. Kim was great! She took care of everything and put my mind at ease, answering all my questions regardless of how mundane they were. I will use her again with the purchase of my next home and Would definitely recommend having Kim be your realtor.

Kim has been a tremendous help to us in the sale of 2 houses over the past 5 years. She is very friendly, hardworking, strategic, persistent, flexible, and forward thinking in her sales approach and makes sure the listing is frequently and professionally advertised on multiple sites nationwide.
When representing both buyer and seller, she was fair and communicated effectively. She was transparent and honest. Kim went out of her way to settle a negotiation for us by taking a hit on her own commission to make sure we were all content with the settlement in order to avoid an impasse.
She honors first responders and military with a discount and helps her out of town clients with setting up utilities and providing resources to make their transition easier.
We have been very pleased with Kim over the years and would highly recommend her if you need a realtor. She is good at what she does, thinks outside the box, and is just a good human.

Our entire experience with Kim was great, from beginning, to end. She responded to my texts, regardless of the date, or time of day. Once, she was on her way to celebrate her anniversary with her husband, who was out of town. I had no idea, and felt bad to be bothering her. She just laughed it off, and proceeded to assist me. If she wasn't available to assist us herself, she insured that she had someone else that could. Kim went the extra mile and did whatever we requested of her. I don't think we have ever had such an instant report with a real estate agent. In addition; Kim belongs to an organization called " Homes for Heroes," and gives a portion of her commission back to any military veterans, or first responders! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in this area.
