Kim Spicer is the founding member of Phoenix Real Estate Group, established in 2003. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she attended Temple University before relocating to South Florida in 1980. As a member of Broward Palm Beach and St Lucie Realtors, Kim is well-informed on current market trends. Kim has led numerous development programs, supervising site selection, acquisition and contract negotiation processes for a variety of regional and national tenants such as Publix, Walgreens, Sherwin Williams, Starbucks, KFC/Taco Bell, Verizon Wireless and McDonald’s. She has forged and maintains relationships in the government sector with a myriad of public agencies, including the Department of Children and Families, Department of Revenue, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, USCRI, Department of Juvenile Justice, and Department of Veteran Affairs. She is highly experienced in responding to Request for Proposals, site and property selection, and overseeing tenant improvements related to the Lease Award. Kim has brokered over $650,000,000.00 in transactions throughout her real estate career. She was named Power Broker for Retail Leasing transaction volume by the CoStar Group in 2007, 2011, and for Office Leasing for the First, Second, and Fourth Quarter in 2020. She has an extensive background in commercial real estate, with experience in property management, tenant and landlord representation, project development, site selection, acquisition, government approvals, and brokering sales for the firm and their clients.
