I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2002. Licensed in both florida as well as ohio. I am a Ocala resident where I live and operate a horse training facility. I have assisted buyers and sellers in closing over 1900 transactions in my career to date. I pride myself on my experience and customer service I provide to my clients. I have a strong background in investment properties, such as bank owned foreclosures. I have managed and sold assets for over 20 different banks. I am an REO Specialist. I have been honored to receive the platinum and gold awards for my successful home sells every year since I have held my real estate license. I attended both Bellevue College in Nebraska,specializing in animal science and buisness as well as Ohio university and Hondros college in Ohio specializing in real estate. In my spare time in enjoy the outdoors as well as breeding , training and showing quarter horses.I show nationally 2 & 3 yr old western pleasure futurity prospects, as well as all around prospects.
