Kim entered the real estate industry in 2002, after working for a 5-star Resort/Vacation ownership property in Carlsbad. Her six years working at resorts allowed her to gain a high sense of value for her clients. To this day, her clients are her number one priority.
Kim worked with corporate clients moving into and out of San Diego and the USAA Mover's Advantage, helping military families with their real estate goals. This gave her specific expertise to work with relocating families.
Her past clients will attest to her knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness to customer needs, attention to detail, tenacity, and overall professionalism. While her professional life is exclusively real estate, she maintains her commitment to the charitable world by volunteering at various charitable organizations, especially the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She is a founder and key player in their professional networking committee, called 3C (Committee for Cause and Connections).
