I reached out to Kim to help me with a move from a condo in the suburbs to a single family home closer to the city. I was not in a rush to move and Kim was very respectful of that…we saw a lot of houses and I had a lot of “hmmmm maybe” feedback on them. She never pushed me to make a decision or to compromise on anything through the buying process. Despite having a very particular wish list, Kim found me *the* house that checked all my must haves and then some. Through the negotiation and inspection process, Kim kept my interest forefront and helped me get a great sale price on the house, and then some.

But wait it gets better. The selling process? Kim is the greatest there is. Kim’s advice and hard work had multiple offers over list price on my condo within hours of listing and an accepted offer that same night.

I asked her so many questions at all times of day through the whole process and she was always patient with me and answered them or got me the answer timely. Absolutely no regrets working with Kim and if I had to do it all over again with her help, I absolutely would. Thank you Kim!!

Working with Kim was absolutely incredible. For somebody new to the Northern Kentucky region, having her in my corner was priceless. As a first time homebuyer, her knowledge and guidance in the market was essential for my fiancée and I to navigate through this process.

Kim was always available for home showings, quick to respond to any questions or requests, and most importantly, she definitely had our best interests in mind during the whole process.

Kim worked diligently to make sure that we were able to find and purchase our dream home, and luckily for us, Kim was very well versed and patient to work with difficult sellers and agents without breaking a sweat! Kim is an exceptional real estate agent, always so candid and thoughtful while providing her own perspective of different aspects of each home we viewed. She applied what she had learned about us in our initial meeting and clearly conveyed ideas that were highly relevant to our decision making, an invaluable quality to have in an agent. We valued her input and relied on it heavily. It’s easy to push paper and get signatures, but Kim was clearly focused on making sure we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Buying a home can be very stressful but Kim goes above and beyond to ease concerns and truly made us feel like we had a vested partner. Not living in Kentucky any longer, I don’t know what I would have done without Kim. She gave me names and numbers of people I needed to bring the home up to date. She held my hand throughout the process, moved furniture herself to make the home show better, and got more money for the house than I believed anyone else could have!
