We provided Kim with 11 houses we picked off the internet and she suggested one more from her list. We saw all 12 homes and bought the one she suggested. It was a little higher than we had planned on but wow, the home was for us. We bought it pre-retirement and look forward to living there every day. We highly recommend Kim and we will use her on our next rental property purchase. We have already bought 2 homes with her assistance.

We retained Kim to sell our home after interviewing many other major real estate offices. We found Kim's approach to be open minded and flexible in working with us. Her presentation of the home for sale was far superior than any other listing, which resulted in a sale within 2 weeks. We began working with Kim long distance from our sailboat in Maine in July 2012. She is excellent at getting you to identify your "must haves" vs. "would like to haves". Since we were only going to have 3 days to find our new home in Venice, Kim worked with us in the prior weeks sending me multiple listings to review daily on line. By the time we got to Florida to look at actual properties, she had a good handle on what to show us. Kim did the hard work required to find us our home in a short period of time. Our new villa is perfect for us and we could not be happier. We recommend Kim enthusiastically and without reservation!
