About Kim
Kim’s passion for the unique charm of the Delaware River towns and the surrounding communities was the motivation to establish River Valley Realty LLC. Seeing the need for knowledgeable and engaged agents to navigate the specific issues of the area, the 2012 opening of the Lambertville office was followed by an expansion into Bucks County, then an office in Flemington and a licensed referral company a few years later.
Kim firmly believes in the value of local, independent businesses and wanted to create a privately-owned and operated company that truly serves the area. Kim’s experiences with national and franchised companies left her disenchanted with their priorities and lack of connection to the local community.
As a hands-on broker, manager, and owner, Kim fosters a positive and collaborative work environment for her agents, leading by example with her client-centric approach to real estate. Her love for what she does shines through, and it’s infectious. Since her first sale as a newly licensed agent in 1995, through today, she relishes her small part of the American Dream.
Kim mentors her agents, sharing her expertise in historic preservation, municipal zoning and land use, flood mitigation, building codes, environmental issues, and even the best-hidden parking spots in New Hope!
At her direction, River Valley is deeply involved in the local community, actively participating in various chambers of commerce, merchant associations, historical societies, and land trusts. Kim is an avid networker and volunteer, having served on the board of directors of the Delaware River Towns Chamber Of Commerce and the Flemington Community Partnership. As a member of both the Bucks and CORE Board Of Realtors, she has also served the National Association Of Realtors as the Federal Political Coordinator for New Jersey’s Seventh Congressional District, advocating for real estate issues on local, state, and national levels.
Kim lives a short block from the Delaware River, and shares her home with her beloved boxers Evie and Archie, and Allie, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. An accomplished home cook, she finds relaxation and joy in the kitchen, despite being unable to master a decent loaf of sourdough bread. New Orleans holds a special place in her heart, and she visits often for both Jazz and culinary inspiration, not to mention an Abita Beer or two.
