Kim Witzig

Kim Witzig is a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate and has enjoyed being part of the firm for the past nine-teen years. His core focus is centered around client relationships. Most of Kim’s clients are personal referrals. coming from his extensive network including past clients and professional associates. By putting his clients’ best interest first, Kim has gained their upmost trust.

Kim has earned the respect of his peers from the high ethical standards he has displayed and is committed to. Kim has been Windermere’s Education Department’s Lead Purchase and Sale Contract Instructor for the past ten years. He is both an advanced certified real estate instructor with Windermere and a Washington State Certified Real Estate Instructor. Kim has also earned his Master Certified Negotiation Expert credential as well as his Senior Real Estate Specialist credential. When Kim’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They enjoy boating and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and rooting for the Seahawks.
