Kimball did a great job in helping me to sell my father’s condo. First he provided recommendations for people to remove furniture and belongings, then clean, paint and stage the unit. The property looked wonderful when it went on the market. Kimball coordinated all showings of the condo and complied with tricky HOA rules. We received several offers which Kimball analyzed and negotiated with the various buyers. We accepted a cash offer and closed escrow 10 days later. Kimball was always available and attended to all details.

Kimball was referred to us by our former neighbor who sold their condo in the same building. That is already a built in trust when someone is able to be referred. He produced results for them and was hoping to do the same for us. Kimball handled the basics of getting the property listed, the photos for viewing and informed us of the interested parties that wish to view our condo.
