Kimberlee Drake is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to every detail of our transaction during and far after our closing. She worked in every aspect of making sure, even after we had closed that everything was taken care of, exceeding our expectation. Kimberlee is the Best Agent in the OC 🍊🥇

I just closed on a property in Corona Del Mar and Kimberlee was with me every step of the way and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her! As an agent she’s totally responsive, always makes herself accessible (late nights/weekends), has extensive knowledge of the OC real estate market and is a total pro at what she does. When you work with Kimberlee she makes you feel like you’re part of her family and that’s evident by how detail-oriented and focused she is on making everything flow smoothly throughout the entire transaction. Kimberlee was my agent when I bought my condo in 2/2020. She was AMAZING. She found exactly the property I had described. I mean EXACTLY. This condo is THE ONE.Then other potential buyers Bid up. I said No , No , this one is MINE. Kimberlee jumped in, employed several strategies so that upping the price wasn’t our only option.Great negotiator. BAM, We got it! Kimberlee has a great working relationship with other agents . The closing was smooth. Kimberlee gave me great advice on a range of things like service people, home insurance, etc . The closing company she used was excellent, too. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful agent Kimberlee is.Even though she was busy with so many other sales she always made me feel like I was her first priority (and my purchase was much much less than the single family homes of other clients. Kimberlee is one in a million!

As inexperienced buyers, we are so happy to have chosen Kimberlee to represent us. We relied heavily on her understanding of the market, experience in the process and intuition during negotiations. Even as most things happened remotely due to COVID, we had a great feel and comfort for what was happening at each step because of the prompt communication and professionalism of her entire team. Kimberlee is a 10 star agent! Too bad you can only give 5 stars. Kimberlee represented us when we bought a condo and sold our home. Once she had our listing, she took extraordinary lengths to prep the house. Without our involvement, she got 3 quotes for stagers. She assessed the bids and helped guide us to pick the most cost effective person. When the house needed painting, she handled all of the bids and her staff oversaw the whole house painting project. When it came to making pictures, when the other agent whom i asked to be involved did not hire someone , she came in personally with her photographer and got the photos redone. Even though she was carrying the load, she was gracious in allowing me to suggest a Chinese broker to broaden the marketing even though it would hurt her commission. We ended up firing that agent for nonperformance and throughout, she kept us isolated from all the drama going on behind the scenes. At every instance, she went above and beyond. When offers came in, she was strategic and made things happen so a deal was consummated with one of the first offers. I have been around buying or selling homes for over 30 years, and she is truly exceptional. For the Newport/south Orange County area, she has earned by perpetual loyalty for any future transactions! She is very client focused and things about the long term relationship. She is truly a 10 star agent!

She is both detail-oriented and big picture-oriented, which are two very useful qualities when it comes to real estate. She has the rare ability to make all decisions with the interests of her client in mind. Because of her long-term commitment to Corona del Mar, her contacts and referrals are stellar. She is a true gem and whether you work with her or not, she will enrich your life.

I found Kimberlee online, while trying to see a home I was interested in viewing, in Corona Del Mar. Kimberlee picked me up in her car and made weekend beach parking as effortless as possible for me. She knew almost every agent we came across in our day of showings. Kimberlee took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in life. She helped me realize a dream of owning a coastal home in sunny California where I can enjoy my husband and children for years to come.

She followed up with me over the next few months, informing me of pertinent information related to a home I was interested in. She guided us through a multi-bid offer, detailed inspection data, easement and view issues, as well as introducing us to financing professionals and contractors who could help us make the purchase possible and timely.

However, the relationship with Kimberlee has not stopped after the sale, by any means. Kimberlee is so well-connected that she has introduced us to painters, flooring professionals, electricians, plumbers and even has her own home security representative. She has opened the door to our new home and waited to consult with so many of these people, when we were not able to do so. Because of her background in many areas of real estate, including interior design and rental management, she helped us understand reasonable pricing and timelines for these professionals in Corona del Mar.

I am a business professional who has worked in pharmaceuticals and banking. My husband and I have three almost totally grown children. We have lived in 4 countries and have owned many homes over the years. We manage rental properties in two countries.
